These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of nurimichi ("the App") provided by mamonis.studio ("we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App uses GPS to record walking routes and display them on a map.
3. Terms of Use
- The App is for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not misuse, modify, or reverse-engineer the App's features
- Location services must be enabled on your device to record routes
4. In-App Purchases
The App is free to download but includes in-app purchases (subscriptions and one-time purchases) to unlock additional features.
- Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew
- Auto-renewal can be turned off in Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policies
5. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is"
- GPS accuracy varies by environment and is not guaranteed
- Please be aware of your surroundings while using the App
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App
6. Data Handling
Data recorded by the App is stored only on your device. You are responsible for managing and backing up your data.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to us.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
