本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、mamonis.studio（以下「当方」）が提供するアプリ「hayapad」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリは、同一WiFiネットワーク上のデバイス間でP2P通信を行い、早押しクイズゲームを提供するアプリケーションです。
本アプリの利用にあたって、アカウント登録は不要です。利用者は法令および本規約を遵守して本アプリを利用するものとします。
本アプリは無料で基本機能を提供し、一部機能は有料（買い切り）にて提供します。課金はApple App Store / Google Play Storeを通じて行われます。購入後の返金はApple / Googleの規定に従います。
利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません。法令に違反する行為、他の利用者への迷惑行為、本アプリの逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリング、ネットワーク通信を妨害する行為、その他当方が不適切と判断する行為。
当方は本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。本アプリはゲーム・エンターテインメント目的で提供されるものであり、通信の安定性やタイミングの正確性について保証するものではありません。
本アプリで作成されるデータ（ニックネーム、設定等）はすべてお使いのデバイス内に保存されます。デバイスの故障・紛失等によるデータの消失について、当方は責任を負いません。
当方は利用者への事前通知なく、本アプリの内容変更、提供停止を行うことができるものとします。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the "hayapad" application ("the App") provided by mamonis.studio ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App provides a quiz buzzer game using peer-to-peer communication between devices on the same WiFi network.
No account registration is required to use the App. Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using the App.
The App provides basic features for free, with certain features available as a one-time purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Apple / Google's policies.
Users must not engage in activities that violate laws, harass other users, reverse-engineer or decompile the App, interfere with network communications, or any other activities we deem inappropriate.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App. The App is provided for game and entertainment purposes and does not guarantee communication stability or timing accuracy.
All data created in the App (nicknames, settings, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device. We are not responsible for data loss due to device malfunction, loss, or other causes.
We may modify or discontinue the App without prior notice to users.
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
